With OpManager DE it is possible to create more custom views under Infrastructure Views. For instance, you might want to group all your Environment Sensors and IP Phones into separate infrastructure views. You can create new infrastructure views from both the Central and Probe web clients. Go through the steps given below to add new infrastructure views.
Mouse overMapstab inorder to display the maps pop-up and click onAdd Infrastructure View.
Specify theCategory Nameand clickAdd.
From the listed device, select and move the required devices to this view.
ClickImport Now.
The selected devices are displayed in the newly created infrastructure view.
You can also create device templates for the devices in the newly created infrastructure view. This allows you to associate specific monitors to this category and automatically apply the configurations in the template to the devices as soon as they are discovered.
