Steps to solve the Issue
Case: 1
Steps to be followed before applying SP1 PPM(7500) in Central Server when Mysql Port is not the default one(23306)

1. Stop the other application which is using the default Mysql port(23306).
2. Stop OpManager DE Central Server and ensure that mysql has stopped.
3. Change the Mysql port to default(23306) in database_params.conf under OPM DE Home/conf , startMySQL.bat and stopMySQL.bat under OPM DE Home/bin directory.
4. Apply SP1 PPM(7500).
5. Run stopMySQL.bat file under OPM DE Home/bin directory and ensure that mysql is stopped.
5. Change the default port(23306) to port which you want (in all the 3 files mentioned above) and start the central server.
6. Now you can start the other application which was using mysql port 23306.

Note: Follow the above steps for Probe too when its Mysql is not running in the default port(33306)

Case: 2
Steps to be followed after applying SP1 PPM(7500) in Central Server when Mysql Port is not the default one(23306)

1. Stop the other application which is using the default Mysql port(23306).
2. Stop OpManager DE Central Server and ensure that mysql has stopped.
3. Now change the build no(BUILD_NUMBER) of the central server in clientparameters.conf file under OPM DE Home/conf directory to 7104 instead of 7500
4. Change the Mysql port to default(23306) in database_params.conf under OPM DE Home/conf , startMySQL.bat and stopMySQL.bat under OPM DE Home/bin directory.
5. Apply the SP1 PPM(7500) once again in Central Server.
6. Once ppm is applied successfully, run stopMySQL.bat file under OPM DE Home/bin directory and ensure that mysql is stopped.
7. Then change the Mysql port to which you want (in all 3 files mentioned above) and start the Central Server.
8. Now you can start the other application which was using mysql port 23306.

Note: Follow the above steps for all probes too when its Mysql is not running in the default port(33306).
