Viewing AlertsThe Alarm tab in the Central web client, by default displays all the active alarms.
In the Alarms page, from the list box on the top right corner, the following are accessible:
- Devices to Watch: The devices which are having defects are listed here.
- Unsolicited Traps: Traps that are not processed by the Probe are categorized as unsolicited traps and are listed here. If you find any of these trap to be critical, you can configure the Probe to process the traps using the information received from the agent. Refer to Creating a Trap Processor for details.
- All Alarms: A complete list of alarms are displayed here.
- Active Alarms: This view lists only the active alarms that are not yet cleared.
- Windows Events: This view lists only the alarms that are triggered from Windows Event Logs.
