With OpManager DE you can view the RAM size (MB) and Hard disk size (GB) of a device. Make sure SNMP is enabled on the device. To view the RAM and Hard disk size:
Open the snapshot page of the device whose asset details has to be viewed.
Click on Device Info menu and select Asset Details. Device name, RAM and Hard disk size are displayed.
You can also update the values of RAM and Hard disk displayed incase you have upgraded the device. Follow these steps:
Open the asset details page of the device [follow the above steps].
